Character is higher than intellect

What this quote is trying to say  is that  character matter most  no matter what you do or what you say or how is your position is your character matter most. Matter what you or what do character will represent you. And character is most important then anything else you could do. And if you have a bad character that will represent you good but if you have a good character that will represent way then a good person.
