What he is trying to say is that who you really are matter the most .for example you may be not be the most popular guy or girl in school but the way you are the action you take the responsibility you have matters the most. Also the way you act your reaction but mostly the way you are as well as your characteristic you may have mean face but when people get to really know you they will see that your appearance change when they get to know you. And they will see that all the time they were wrong about what they thought. If you are nice,caring, loveable,happy..etc… people will see that is they way you are.
