What this is trying to say is that we are the who make our own decision. We make our decision because we know how we are going to deal with making them. We make our decision because we know what is right or wrong between what say,think, and making a huge responsibility  of taking a decision. we also take our decision because we know how to manage our situation were we standing at. We make decision because they are right.
