what Dr.Martin Luther King is trying to say is that some times intelligence is not enough. for example you may the umber one best mathematician. but if you have the worst chatterer but mostly no one will care because they know that you might be the best of the best but you are choosing the wrong . instead  of choosing the right. its like a bike the bike might the most fasts bike in the world but the wheel is pop you mostly might not go any where with the bike . but if the bike does not has ant effect the bike might go far way .chose the right.
