What this quote is trying to say is that,when you can be trust on some one or you could trust on that person .And they you know whats right they will trust you.For example ,they might trust you by they telling you secrets.They tell you there secrets because they trust you and they know you won't tell no one .To add on if you communicate you'r best,with shouting or crusting they will understand you.IF you want to talk to them nicely they will do the same and they will often talk to you.For example if you want to talk to some and all of a sudden you start yelling at them or crusting them they will just or never talk  to you again.. But if you ware nicely to talk to them they probably talk to you  more then one time or talk to you more often. Feather more if you want to be treated nicely by others, then you need to treat other the same way .And if you see they don't respect you and there are being rude ,then probably you are being rode to them to.For example if you treat some awful they will also treat you the same.But if you are nice they will also teat you nice
